I'm Joshua. I know what it's like to look at your life and know something has gone badly wrong but not be able to name it. I went through addiction, grief, depression — years of heading in a direction I knew wasn't right and not being able to stop.
The work I teach is what I used to get out of it. Not theory. Not a certification. Lived experience — the kind you can only get by going through it.
